Creating the Life You Want
Is where you are different from where you want to be? Discover your DREAM and learn how to achieve it. Try this East meet West approach to creating not just the career, but the life you'll love. Whether it is one aspect of your life you want to change or the whole thing, learn to create a clear "picture" of what you want and shift your thinking to help you not just attain it, but get there faster. Fun and easy exercises, lots of info and a "Dream toy" to take home.
For those who cannot attend a public session or who would prefer to work one-on-one Life Transition Coaching sessions are available.

Come learn this simple four-step process to help not just your bank book, but your peace of mind. Many people want to get out of debt, but never seem to find the answer. Adult Drum Circle
Drumming is a great way to relax and rejuvenate. Beat out the stress; bring in the fun. We have lots of noise toys to play with. You don’t need any experience or a drum. Just come for the fun!

Drum Divas: Women's Drum Circle
Don’t let the “Boys” make all the noise. Women are drummers too. Drumming is a great way to relax and rejuvenate. Beat out the stress; bring in the fun at this “LADIES ONLY” Drum Circle. We have lots of noise toys to play with. You don’t need any experience or a drum. Just come for the fun!

Drumming for Health and Happiness
Besides being fun, drumming has been proven to: boost the immune system, increase the number of natural killer cells in the body, reduce stress and improve mood. It is not about exceptional music making, but about inspiring successful living and connecting with one’s own music. No experience or drums needed.

Fun with Noise Toys
Always wanted to play with drums, but a bit intimidated by the idea of a Drum Circle. Come play with all sorts of simple percussion instruments from around the world such as: African Drums, Hawaiian Shakers, bongos, maracas, tambourines, and more, even a lampshade(?).

Come in out of the cold and try some of the fun things you stopped doing when you started to grow-up. Rediscover fun and wonderment through Art, Sound, Movement, and More. Connecting to Your Inner Self through Expressive Arts
Our bodies learned through sound, movement, and images before we could speak or write. By reengaging in these original languages we can more gently deal with the traumas and dramas of our lives. Rediscover your creative intuition, wisdom and wonder through Art, Sound (includes drumming), Movement, and More. *No experience or skill in the “arts” necessary*

Learning to Love Yourself
Connect to your Inner Self and realize how special you are. Once upon a time, we all thought we were very special, but often our families and the world taught us otherwise. Deep in our bodies, we still remember how to feel special; we need only to relearn how to connect to that feeling. Our Bodies learned through sound, movement, and images before we could speak or write. By reengaging in these original languages we can once again get that special feeling. Rediscover love, fun, and wonderment through Art, Sound, Movement, and More.

Self Discovery Weekends
As HEALTH Magazine says see how dabbling in the arts (even if you do it badly) can keep you stress-free, energized, and out of the doctor’s office. Discover new ways to distress, have fun and enjoy life. Try some art, sound, movement and more to escape the real world and find the real you. Learn to get out of your head and into your body. Transform your negative emotions into positive feelings. All you need to bring is an open mind and playful attitude.

Escape to exotic locals with peaceful calm and awe-inspiring beauty. Begin or end each day with expressive arts,

Other Programs
Beyond Thinking Outside the Box
People always talk about "thinking outside the box," but they never tell you how to do it. Come learn ways to get out of your analytical left brain and into your "right mind." You CAN train your brain to look at things differently and as Wayne Dyer says, "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
Develop your mind-body connection, so you can use the intuition of your body when making decisions. Fast Company Magazine named "acting on intuition" as the number one trend that will change the way we work and live in 2005, learn to cultivate this skill.

Health Benefits of Sound
Did you ever think about what a dramatic effect sound can have on you, both positively and negatively? Think of a soft lullaby or a clap of thunder. Learn techniques originally designed to help Cancer patients, but that are beneficial to everyone. These include toning (such as Om), Tibetan Singing Bowls, and gentle drumming. Everyone will even have the opportunity to be “bathed” in sound.

Kick, Scream, and Shout: Let it All Out (Bioenergetics):
Finally, a safe and healthy way to let out all that built up tension and negative emotions like anger and sadness, through Bioenergetic Exercises. Each exercise takes only a few minutes to do; some can even be done while driving down the road in a car. After hearing for years about how all that pent up stuff will do bad things to you both mentally and physically, now a way to get “rid of it” by doing something besides just talking about it.

Taking Care of Yourself First
Women are the caretakers of the world, whether in the home and family or the workplace. Women will usually make time to take care of others needs first, whether it is a ride to the doctors or assistance with another's project that is approaching its deadline. Unfortunately, most women "forget" or put off taking care of their own needs. Since stress isn't going to go away and neither is, "I don't have enough time." Come learn a few quick ways to take care of some of your needs and release some of your stress, while learning how we got ourselves into this habit and why we need to get out of it.

What Do You Want to Do When You Grow-Up?
If you are in your 30s, 40s, 50s or beyond and want to try something different, but don’t know what you want to do or how to go about achieving it, come spend a couple of hours finding out. This is an East meets West approach to creating not just the career, but also the life you want with some fun and easy exercises plus lots of info to take home. Includes exercises and information from well-known sources such as What Color is Your Parachute? to lesser known ones like To Build the Life You Want, Create the Work You Love.
